Everyone who is interested in Science Olympiad this school year and those who have already signed up, you are encouraged to attend. Check out The Illinois Regional College fair tonight from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Parkland College. There will be representative from more than 70 US educational institutions, college and universities. The event is free and open to the public. See or email Mrs. Donahoe for more information.
Attention All Students: Please join us for the Jarritos y Palomitas Movie Night sponsored by the Spanish Honors Society on Wednesday, September 14th at 7:00 pm in the Cafetorium. There will be up to 20 "puntos culturales" offered to Sra. Stewart's Spanish 1 students. Those who fully participate in SHH's kickoff for Hispanic Heritage Month will need to complete and return the movie document to Sra. Quick by the end of the movie, McFarland USA. Mexican pop, Jarritos, and popcorn, "las palomitas" will be served! The movie starts promptly at 7 p.m. and will be shown in the cafeteria.
