The After School Care Program at St. Matthew School in Champaign is hiring staff to work from after school until 5:30pm on school days, $14.00 per hour. If you are interested, please contact Victoria Becker at vbecker@stmatt.net or (217)778-6552.
The school office does not accept food deliveries from delivery people. Parents may order lunch and deliver it to the student, but not the delivery person. Deliveries will be turned away if not delivered by a parent. This is a year round school policy.
First official Chess Club is going to be held on Tuesday, August 24 in room 214 at 3:15 pm.
Mark your calendars for Picture Day, scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, August 25. All students need to be in Mass Attire to have their picture taken. These pictures will be for the school ID card. Seniors, this is the picture that will be part of the Class of 2022 class composite to be hung in the halls of STM. Do you want to be part of the most exciting club at school? On Wednesday, August 25 join us at 3:05 in room 214(the art room) for the first meeting of the Art Club. All are welcome and art skills are not required! If you can't make that meeting but are still interested in Art Club, just let Mrs. Pagel know and we can get you on our e-mail list. Meetings will be every Wednesday from 3:05 to 4:00.
All School Mass will be on Tuesday, August 31. Students must be in Mass Attire, button down shirt, STM tie boys, and school pants. Girls may wear school pants or skirt. Shorts are not allowed on All School Mass Days. Students not in Mass Attire, will be sent home to change.
