There will be a short Science Olympiad meeting today, Wednesday, March 25 right after school in Mr. Ray’s classroom. It is very important that all current team members attend even if it’s for a few minutes. We will discuss the state tournament which is 3 ½ weeks away.
There will be a $5 Dress Down Day this Friday, March 27 for the Readers of the Amazon, a nonprofit organization that helps impoverished communities in remote areas of the Amazon by supporting local community libraries. The children within this community are stripped of their right to learn as weather variations lower river levels and force schools to shut down. All money collected will be donated to the Readers of the Amazon. If you would like to learn more, talk to Nicholas Ribeiro O'Grady.
It's that time of year again!! SHH will be selling Pascua Pops Monday, March 23 - Friday, March 27 in the cafeteria. Single Chupa Chups will sell for $0.50 and Chupa Chup bouquets will sell for $4.00. All purchases will be delivered on Wednesday, April 1 during the lunch hour. Payment is by cash only.
