STM News

Happy Early Birthday to Angeliese Ribbe.

You can’t put it off any longer.  We only have one week left to do our part in helping save lives.  It doesn’t take long to send an email or text, but the results can make a big difference.  Let’s reach our goal Sabers!  The American Heart Association needs us.

Vice Versa tickets will be sold during lunch every day for the rest of this week.  They are $5 each, or $7 at the door.

Friday, February 17, is a Saber Day!  Students may wear a Saber Spirit top, school bottoms, and tennis shoes.

Pulsera Project will end Friday, February 17 at STM.  We appreciate all the support we’ve received from our school community there past two weeks.  Friday at lunch we invite you to take one last look at the handcrafted pulseras.  Thank you for helping us COLOR THE WORLD.

All members of the Pulsera Team need to see Sra. Stewart today, Thursday, February 17 to turn in all money and pulseras, etc.  Muchas gracias to all who bought and sold!  You all are so loved and appreciated.

Students, if you are bringing a guest from another school to the Vice Versa Dance, don’t forget to bring the completed Guest Request form and a copy of your guest’s photo ID to the office by 3:00 pm, Friday, February 17.

Monday, February 20 there will be no school in honor of President’s Day.  Students, enjoy your day off.

Do you want to save lives?  The National Honor Society is hosting its annual Blood Drive with ImpactLife on Tuesday, February 21.  Sign up to donate at the table next to the stage at lunch, and if you are 16, make sure to fill out the parent consent form so you are eligible to donate.  Also, if you are a student and are signed up to donate make sure you fill out a pre-arranged absence form so that you do not get an unexcused absence from class.

If you have an appointment to donate at the blood drive on Tuesday, February 21 or are assisting in any way, make sure to fill out a prearranged absence form for any classes that you may be missing, or you will be marked with an unexcused absence.
